Meet the Rosh Yeshiva
An educator since 2007, a musician known for his kumzitz concerts, and a builder who connects with Jewish youth on every level.
Lev Simcha is led by Rabbi Klein under the rabbinic oversight of Rabbi Zev Freundlich, shlita. He learned at Ner Yisrael and Toras Simcha, where he received semicha, served as a rebbi and outreach director in Edmonton, and led technology at Southern NCSY.
Every class is built to be relevant, interesting and, most importantly, inspiring.
Gemara b’iyun, Halacha, Navi, Hashkafa and a daily perek of Rambam, through text study and discussion.

Our yeshiva was founded with one goal in mind: to serve as a platform for personal growth for every talmid, regardless of his starting point.
Growth in emunah and yiras Shamayim, as well as in all aspects of his education and life. It is a place that provides the love, support and tools our talmidim need to succeed in their future as adult members of Klal Yisroel.

Lev Simcha is unique in providing a system of flexible and personalized Torah learning. We are building a foundation of honesty and transparency: a place where every boy has the chance of feeling successful in his Avodas Hashem, regardless of his level of learning.
In times of conflict, we communicate and discuss. We have meaningful conversations to resolve issues. Our rebbeim are trained to educate and support the modern-day teenage boy, and one of our main principles is to treat every talmid like an adult and with respect at all times.
The whole person
We see our talmidim through a wide lens, focused on their pnimius and their potential.
Every class is centered on being relevant, interesting and inspiring. Talmidim study Navi, Gemara, Biur Tefillah, Hashkafa, Halacha and Parshas Hashavua through both text-based study and group discussion, and follow the state-mandated curriculum toward a high school diploma. Sports, music and art round out a happy environment.

Yeshivas Lev Simcha, Inc. admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
Led by Rabbi Avrohom Hillel Reich, Director of General Studies, and Mr. Moshe Etheridge, Principal. Talmidim follow the state-mandated curriculum toward a high school diploma.
Traditional education
Language Arts builds clear communication and persuasive writing. Math focuses on financial literacy, data analysis and practical problem-solving. Social Studies emphasizes economic systems, civic responsibility and global awareness.
Vocational training
A hands-on program for high-demand trades, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Students 16 and older can work on real home construction job sites, earning labor hours that count toward trade licensing.

Rosh Yeshiva
Passionate about Torah and the Jewish people, a dedicated person and a passionate educator.
Rabbi Klein grew up in Toronto, attending Eitz Chaim and Yeshivas Ner Yisrael High School, and received semicha at Yeshivas Toras Simcha. He joined the Outreach Kollel in Edmonton, served as assistant rabbi and NCSY youth director at Beth Israel, and from 2007 was rebbi for 11th and 12th grade at Menorah Academy. Before opening the yeshiva he was Director of Technology at Southern NCSY and co-founded a technology company serving brands like NBC and Dave & Buster’s. An accomplished musician, he has made the kumzitz concert his specialty. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife of 20 years and their children Eli, Avi and Orly.

Menahel
Rav Sufrin studied in Ohr Yerushalayim and the Mir in Israel before learning at Kollel Avreichim in Montreal. He has given many shiurim, taught bar mitzvah boys and opened his home and heart to young adults in need of encouragement. A chazzan and Chassidic singer, he brings the same heart and soul into the classroom.
Director of General Studies
An educator, community leader and entrepreneur, Rabbi Reich founded one of the nation’s earliest internet retailers in 1993 and was a founding member of two yeshivos. After more than three decades in Monsey, his family moved to Boca in 2022. He is also a chosson teacher and marriage mentor.
Principal
A Florida native and seasoned educator with over 14 years of experience specializing in STEM curriculums. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Network Security.
Administrator
Originally from Far Rockaway, Elly brings experience as a firefighter, Hatzalah EMT, professional photographer, trauma room specialist and community fundraiser. From a family of mechanchim, he teaches our talmidim photography and plays guitar and piano.
Rebbi
Rabbi Klein learned in Beis Hatalmud in Yerushalayim, helped Rabbi Y. Zweig pioneer his yeshiva in Miami, and continued at Beis Medrash Gevoha in Lakewood. In Toronto he taught at Aish Hatorah and mentored teenagers. He learns with many chavrusas in the Boca Raton Kollel and Century Village.
Rebbi
Rabbi Ziv believes chinuch is first and foremost about relationships. He learned at Netiv Aryeh, Ner Yisroel and Yeshiva of South Florida, taught Judaic Studies at Katz Hillel Day School, and is pursuing a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide.
